What the Advisory Circle does

The Pilot Advisory Circle is a small group of respected local leaders, partner organizations, and community stakeholders who provide input on the pilot design, raise concerns, help identify the right success metrics, and advise on responsible implementation.

Advisory Circle members are not employees or contractors of AMA SPC. They are trusted voices who help ensure the pilot is designed and run in a way that serves the region well.

Expected role and time commitment

• ✓Participate in an initial advisory briefing (approximately 60–90 minutes)
• ✓Review the pilot plan and provide written or verbal feedback
• ✓Be available for one or two follow-up conversations during the pilot window
• ✓Optionally review and comment on the pilot report at the end of the proof window

The first advisory meeting is focused on reviewing the pilot plan, raising concerns, and helping identify appropriate success metrics. This is not a governance board or a fiduciary role — it is an advisory role.
