Community AI Gateway
The Community AI Gateway is the trust, governance, and permission layer for the AMA Network. It ensures that AI tools support human decision-making rather than replacing it.
The Community AI Gateway is not a product feature or a brand. It is a design principle and a set of technical and operational controls embedded in how the AMA Network operates. It defines how information flows, how actions are approved, how sources are tracked, and how accountability is maintained throughout the system.
Every meaningful action in the AMA Network — publishing an event, routing a sponsorship, drafting a campaign, dispatching a press release — passes through a human approval checkpoint. AI tools help prepare, structure, and draft. Humans decide what happens next.
No significant action — publishing, routing, dispatching, or contacting — happens without an explicit human approval step.
Access to tools, workflows, and data is gated by role. Not every user can approve every action.
Every piece of information in the system is traceable back to its original source — who submitted it, when, and through which channel.
Actions taken within the system are logged and reviewable, creating an auditable record of pilot activity.
Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. No sponsored content is presented as editorial content.
Information is routed through channels that respect existing partner relationships and do not imply unauthorized endorsement.
No content is promoted, suppressed, or ranked by invisible algorithmic factors without disclosure.
Default content filtering is family-safe for consumer-facing channels unless the operator explicitly configures otherwise.
AI tools assist with structuring, drafting, and matching — they do not make autonomous decisions on behalf of participants.
Participation in the pilot does not imply endorsement by Google, AMA SPC partners, or any named organization unless explicitly documented.
The AMA Network runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Run, Firestore, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Firebase Hosting, and related services. Google Cloud provides the underlying infrastructure that makes the platform technically possible.
Infrastructure disclosure: AMA SPC uses Google Cloud infrastructure. Google Cloud is an infrastructure provider, not an endorser, sponsor, or guarantor of SouthSound.ai, AMA SPC, the AMA Network, or any participating organization.
AMA SPC is committed to responsible AI practices within the AMA Network. This includes being transparent about where AI tools are used, maintaining human oversight of key decisions, clearly labeling AI-generated content, and being honest about what the pilot can and cannot do.
No AI system is perfect. The pilot is designed to learn from real usage and improve — not to claim AI capabilities that do not exist or promise outcomes that cannot be assured.
