The pilot is not a full product launch. It is a structured test designed to generate real activity, surface real problems, and produce an honest report of what worked, what did not, and what the path forward looks like.

At the end of the proof window, participating organizations receive a pilot report summarizing activity, workflow usage, and Community Signal creation. AMA SPC reviews the results and determines the path forward — which may include expanding participation, refining workflows, opening additional rails, or adjusting the regional model based on what the pilot reveals.
